ExView® App Enables Remote Data Collection and Reporting With Multiple Devices

This app can connect with up to eight meters at once, so you can monitor a variety of environmental conditions from outside unsafe or difficult to reach areas via Bluetooth®. Whether you're connecting several LT250W light meters, AN250W aneometers, or any of the new 250W Series meters, you will be able to keep tabs on key readings across your facility and easily share them with your team.

A major advantage of the ExView App is it allows you to remotely read and log measurements in real time, as well as create detailed custom PDF reports which can be saved and shared. Connecting your meters to a mobile device allows you to quickly collect data for further analysis, create graphs, and add information to customer reports. You can also use a phone or tablet as a remote screen in difficult to access areas, or to share findings with other people.

The app dashboard is configured for easy data monitoring, showing both a graphical and numerical representation of measurement data in real time with min, max, and average reading displays. An instantaneous data window opens when you tap any point on a measurement graph. The app also automatically logs measurement data with the date and time.  

Helpful user experience features include dark/light display mode options, links that connect to the Extech support site for fast troubleshooting, and automatic app updates. Text notifications can be set for low battery, a disconnected meter, and alarm events for each connected meter.

The App is available for iOS® devices from the App Store® and Android™ devices from Google Play™.

Integration With the Extech 250W Series

The ExView App was designed for seamless integration with the Extech 250W Series meters, all of which feature Bluetooth® connectivity. With the capability to capture data, display trends, set alarms, and create and send reports, users can easily gain deeper insights on equipment and building health.
